About This Project
Make a pretty paper balloon that looks like it's floating in the air! Cut and fold paper to create a 3D hot air balloon. Hang it from the ceiling or in a window to watch it 'fly.' Grown-ups may need to help with cutting and hanging. Your balloon will look amazing floating in your room!
