About This Project

A 5–15 minutes craft for ages 3–10, using supplies you likely already have — Sharpie Markers, Scissors, and Googly Eyes.

GlueStick supports kids from setup to cleanup. After they choose a project, we guide them through gathering the supplies, making it, and cleaning up when they're done. We'll even help them share it safely with trusted family and friends.

Ad-free and kid-safe library — designed by a mom who wants kids to explore and create independently.

    Make Black Cat Paper Craft

    Your creative buddy says:
"I can't wait to make a project with you!"

Step 1: Print and Cut the Template

    May need grown-up help
Print the black cat template. You can print it on black paper or use it as a template.

    Step 2: Make Accordion Folds

Fold the center part of the cat in half. Then, fold it in half a few more times to make sections about 1/2 inch wide. Make the folds into an accordion shape. If this is too tricky, you can skip it or make the folds bigger.

Step 3: Glue the Cat Together

Line up the cat's head, accordion-folded body, back, and tail. Use the glue stick to glue the parts together. Press firmly to make sure the glue sticks.

    Step 4: Add Details

Glue googly eyes onto the cat's face. Use the black marker to draw a nose, mouth, and whiskers.
