About This Project

A 20–40 minutes craft for ages 3–10, using supplies you likely already have — Pom Poms, Scissors, and Pencils.

GlueStick supports kids from setup to cleanup. After they choose a project, we guide them through gathering the supplies, making it, and cleaning up when they're done. We'll even help them share it safely with trusted family and friends.

Ad-free and kid-safe library — designed by a mom who wants kids to explore and create independently.

    Make Bunny Silhouette Kids' Craft

    Your creative buddy says:
"Let's stick together and make this one!"

Step 1: Decorate your paper plate with colorful tissue paper squares.

Take your glue stick and put glue all over the bottom of your paper plate. Now, pick up the small tissue paper squares and stick them onto the glue. You can use many different colors and make any pattern you like!

Step 2: Cut out your bunny shape from black paper.

    May need grown-up help
First, find the bunny shape you want to use. You can print one from the special paper provided, find a picture online to trace, or draw your own bunny on a piece of paper. Now, place your bunny shape onto the black construction paper. Use a pencil or marker to trace around the bunny shape.

Step 3: Glue your bunny onto the plate and add a fluffy tail.

Use your glue stick to put glue on the back of your black bunny shape. Stick the bunny onto the colorful paper plate you decorated. Make your bunny extra special with a fluffy tail! Put a little bit of liquid glue where the tail should go and stick a small pompom there.

Step 4: (Optional) Cut your project into an egg shape

Cut your whole paper plate project into an egg shape to make it a special Easter decoration! Or, just keep it round. It will be beautiful either way!
