About This Project

Keep your crayons neat and tidy with this clever crayon caddy made from entirely recycled materials! Using cardboard craft tubes and tissue boxes, kids can create their own colorful storage solution with very little help from grownups. This project teaches organization skills while promoting sustainability and creative reuse of household items. Perfect for art corners, classrooms, or anywhere kids need their supplies organized!

Steps

Cut down and arrange your tubes

First, cut the top off the tissue box and then cut the tubes down to size. Use a crayon for a height reference–you’ll want the crayons to stick out the top a little.
