About This Project

A 20–40 minutes craft for ages 3–7, using supplies you likely already have — Pom Poms, Scissors, and Googly Eyes.

GlueStick supports kids from setup to cleanup. After they choose a project, we guide them through gathering the supplies, making it, and cleaning up when they're done. We'll even help them share it safely with trusted family and friends.

Ad-free and kid-safe library — designed by a mom who wants kids to explore and create independently.

    Make Easy Pig Craft

    Your creative buddy says:
"Are you as excited to make this as I am?"

Step 1: Glue 3 large popsicle sticks into a triangle shape.

Glue 3 large popsicle sticks together to make a triangle shape. Let the glue dry completely.

Step 2: Paint the popsicle stick triangle pink.

    May need grown-up help
Put your triangle frame on the newspaper. Pinch the pompom with the clothespin to make a paintbrush, or just use a paintbrush you already have. Squeeze a little pink paint onto the newspaper. Paint the triangle frame pink. Set it aside and let the paint dry.

Step 3: Cut a pink paper triangle and glue it to the frame.

Cut a triangle shape from pink construction paper using the pig craft template. Once the paint on your popsicle stick frame is dry, glue the paper triangle to the back of the frame.

Step 4: Cut out pig parts from the template

    May need grown-up help
Ask an adult to help you print the template, then cut out all the pig parts. Also, cut a small strip of paper that is shorter than the pig's nose and about 2 inches long. Fold this paper strip like an accordion.

Step 5: Glue on ears, nose, eyes, and add details.

Glue the pig's ears onto the triangle frame. Then, glue the pig's nose to one end of the folded accordion paper strip. Glue the other end of the accordion strip to the center of the triangle frame. Place the googly eyes on your pig. Use your pink marker to add more fun details to your pig's face.
