About This Project

A 10–20 minutes craft for ages 3–7, using supplies you likely already have — Scissors, White Glue, and Markers.

GlueStick supports kids from setup to cleanup. After they choose a project, we guide them through gathering the supplies, making it, and cleaning up when they're done. We'll even help them share it safely with trusted family and friends.

    Make Footprint Ghost Craft

    Your creative buddy says:
"Let's stick together and make this one!"

Step 1: Cut and Glue the Template

First, cut out the words 'Happy Halloween' from the template. Then, glue them to the top or bottom of your black paper. Next, cut out the letter 'B' and glue it to the left side of the black paper. Make sure to leave space for the ghost footprints.

    Step 2: Make the Footprints

    May need grown-up help
Paint your foot with white paint. Make sure the paint covers your whole foot. Then, gently press your foot onto the black paper to make a footprint. Make two footprints next to the letter 'B' to spell 'BOO'. Have an adult help you wash your foot when you are done.

Step 3: Cut out the Footprints (Optional)

If you want, you can cut out the footprints after the paint is dry. Leave a little white edge around the footprint. Then, glue the footprints onto the paper.

Step 4: Draw the Ghost Face

Use the black marker to draw a face on each ghost. You can make the ghosts happy or spooky!

    Step 5: Hang and Enjoy!

Now you have a spooky and cute ghost craft to hang up for Halloween!
