Place 3 large popsicle sticks side by side, with the middle popsicle stick just slightly higher than the others. Now place Elmer’s glue on the fourth large popsicle stick, a single line all the way down the middle Last, put the stick with glue on it at an angle across the other 3 popsicle sticks. Set this aside and give the glue time to dry. If you would like, skip to step 4 and prep your decorative parts of these adorable ghost crafts while you are waiting.
