Make Hocus Pocus Craft: Sanderson Sisters

    Your creative buddy says:
"Are you as excited to make this as I am?"

    Step 1: Paint the spoons.

    May need grown-up help
Paint the top part of the wooden spoons with "skin toned" acrylic paint. Let it dry. If you can still see the wood, add another coat of paint.

    Step 2: Draw the collars.

Print the Sanderson Sister template. Use it to draw the collars onto the spoon with a pencil. You can also cut out the template pieces and trace them onto the spoon.

    Step 3: Paint the dresses.

Paint Mary's dress with burgundy acrylic paint. Paint Winifred's dress with green acrylic paint. Paint Sarah's dress with purple acrylic paint.

Step 4: Let the paint dry and add another coat.

Let the paint dry. If you can still see the wood, add another coat of paint.

Step 5: Cut out the hair.

Trace the templates onto the felt with a black marker and then cut the pieces of felt out. Mary's hair is on black felt. Winifred's hair is on orange felt. Sarah's hair is on yellow felt.

Step 6: Glue the hair to the spoons.

    HOT! Grown-up required
Ask an adult to help you with the glue gun. Use the glue gun to attach the hair to each spoon.

    Step 7: Draw the faces.

Draw the beauty marks onto the witch's faces with black puffy paint. Trace and paint the lips with red puffy paint. You can also use the black puffy paint to paint the eyes on each witch.

    Step 8: Paint the dresses.

Use gold glitter puffy paint to paint "X" marks on the bottom of the spoon to make the lacing on their dresses. Set aside to dry.
