    Make Magazine Picture Puzzle

    Your creative buddy says:
"Let's stick together and make this one!"

    Step 1: Find a picture

Find a picture you love in an old magazine. The bigger the picture, the better! Cut it out carefully.

    Step 2: Glue to cardstock

Use a gluestick to glue your picture onto cardstock or thick paper and wait a few minutes for it to dry completely. If you want your puzzle to last a long time, cover the whole picture in contact paper to laminate it.

    Step 3: Cut puzzle shapes

Draw puzzle pieces on the back of your cardboard. Start with big, wavy lines going up and down. Then add more lines going side to side. Make your pieces big enough to handle easily. When you're ready, cut along the lines to create your puzzle pieces.

Step 4: Assemble (and reassemble) your puzzle!

Mix up all your pieces and try putting them back together! Look at the shapes and colors to help you solve your puzzle. Take a picture of your completed puzzle for the Art Gallery. Then mix it up and solve it again!
