Steps

A photo showing how to complete this step

Fold paper, outline wings with paint, and add dots.

First, pick a light-colored piece of paper and fold it in half. Now, choose your favorite paint colors! Squeeze a line of paint to draw the shape of one butterfly wing on one side of the folded paper. If you want, you can draw the wing shape with a pencil first, then trace it with paint. Next, squeeze little dots of paint inside your butterfly wing. Don't use too much paint at first; you can always add more later!
