Create winter art by dabbing paint onto pictures with Q-tips. This activity helps you practice your fine motor skills, plus it's fun to paint with unexpected materials!
Ask an adult to help the winter Q-tip picture pages you'd like to make on card stock paper. Using cardstock will keep the paint from soaking through the paper. There are 22 to choose from blanket boot coat earmuffs fireplace glove hat hot chocolate ice skates mitten scarf ski goggles skis sled snow globe shovel snow snowball snowboard snowflake snowman tree Please note: GlueStick has a licensing agreement with teachingmama.org that grants us permission to use this printable file. If you'd like to color part of your picture with crayons, markers, or colored pencils before painting the dots with the q-tips, have at it! It's your art. Get creative and have fun.
Dip a Q-tip into the paint. Then, dab the Q-tip in the circles on the picture. You don't need a lot of paint on the Q-tip. You might need to dip it in the paint many times to finish the picture.
