About This Project

A 15–60 minutes craft for ages 3–10, using supplies you likely already have — Stickers, Scissors, and White Glue.

GlueStick supports kids from setup to cleanup. After they choose a project, we guide them through gathering the supplies, making it, and cleaning up when they're done. We'll even help them share it safely with trusted family and friends.

Ad-free and kid-safe library — designed by a mom who wants kids to explore and create independently.

    Make Craft Tube Crayon Organizer

    Your creative buddy says:
"I can't wait to make a project with you!"

Step 1: Cut down and arrange your tubes

First, cut the top off the tissue box and then cut the tubes down to size. Use a crayon for a height reference–you’ll want the crayons to stick out the top a little.

    Step 2: Glue Tubes

Dip the bottoms off the tubes in glue. We poured the glue on a butter dish lid. It doesn’t matter how neat it is, no one will see this later. We put a heavy book on top to make sure they dried with the glue nice and tight against the street.

    Step 3: Decorate

Wrap your box in construction paper, then it's time to decorate! Stickers, paint, rhinestones, the sky is the limit. We built this craft to store crayons, but it also works great for small cars. Can you think of other small toys you could store in a caddy like this?
