    Make Dog Coloring Pages

    Your creative buddy says:
"Are you as excited to make this as I am?"

Step 1: Print the coloring pages.

    May need grown-up help
First, you need to get the dog coloring pages. Ask a grown-up to help you print them out. There are 8 different dog pictures for you to color!

Step 2: Choose crayons or markers.

Now, choose your favorite colorful crayons or markers. What colors will you use for your dogs?

    Step 3: Color the pages.

Start coloring your dog pictures! You can color inside the lines, or if you want to be super creative, you can color outside the lines too. Make each dog special with your favorite colors.

    Step 4: Add decorations.

    HOT! Grown-up required
Do you want to make your dog pictures even more fun? You can add extra decorations! Glue small pieces of tissue paper onto parts of your picture to make them bumpy or colorful. Stick on some washi tape to create cool patterns or borders. Fluff up some cotton balls and glue them onto your dog for soft fur, or use them to make fluffy clouds in the sky. If you want to make raised lines to help you color inside, ask a grown-up to put craft glue around the edges of the picture. Let it dry overnight before you color. If you want to use hot glue, always ask a grown-up to help you because it gets very hot.

Step 5: Color in different positions.

Here are some fun ways to color that can also help your body get stronger! Ask a grown-up to tape your coloring page to a wall. Then, stand up and color! Or, ask a grown-up to tape your coloring page to the bottom of a table. Lie on your back under the table and reach up to color! You can also sit on a chair without leaning your back against it. This helps your tummy muscles get strong while you color.
