Welcome to GlueStick! By creating an account and using the GlueStick platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fun, and creative environment for all users.

1. Account Ownership and Age Requirements

a.) All Household Accounts on the GlueStick platform must be registered and maintained by individuals 18 years of age or older (“Primary User”).

b.) Primary Users may create sub-profiles within their Household Account for children under 18 years old. By creating such profiles, the Primary User agrees to supervise the child's activity and ensure compliance with all GlueStick Terms and Conditions.

c.) The Primary User is fully responsible for all activities conducted through their Household Account and any associated child profiles.

d.) The Primary User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including usernames and passwords.

2. Content Sharing and Community Guidelines

a.) GlueStick allows users to share photos of projects, reviews, and feedback within the app.

b.) Any content shared on the platform must comply with the following rules:

• Prohibited Content: Users must not upload or share any content that is obscene, profane, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, mean-spirited or otherwise inappropriate. All content must abide by our Content Standards.
• Community Etiquette: Respectful communication is expected in all interactions. Bullying, discrimination, and hate speech are strictly prohibited2.3 GlueStick reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and may suspend or terminate the offending user’s account without notice.

3. User Content Rights

a.) Users retain ownership of any original content (such as tutorials, photos or reviews) they submit to the platform.

b.) By submitting content, users grant GlueStick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for promotional and operational purposes within the platform.

c.) Users agree not to upload content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., using copyrighted images without permission).

d.) Tutorial copyright is retained by our Content Partners. GlueStick’s use of tutorials is governed by the Partner Licensing Agreement.

e.) If you believe your content has been uploaded to GlueStick without your permission, please contact us with a valid DMCA request at support@gluestick.app.

4. Prohibition of Commercial Use

a.) The tutorials, videos, and other materials available on GlueStick are provided for personal, educational and entertainment purposes only.

b.) Users are strictly prohibited from using any tutorials, images, or materials from GlueStick for commercial gain, including but not limited to:

• Selling or reselling any content derived from GlueStick tutorials.
• Charging others for access to or completion of projects derived from GlueStick content.

5. Affiliate Marketing Disclosure

GlueStick may contain affiliate marketing links embedded within the content. By interacting with these links and purchasing through them, GlueStick may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. These affiliate links help support the platform and its content creators.

6. Safety Disclaimer

a.) GlueStick aims to provide safe and educational content for children and families. However, GlueStick is not responsible for any injuries or damages that result from improper use of materials or project execution.

b.) An adult user must supervise children under 13 when using the platform and ensure they follow all safety instructions included in the projects.

7. Account Termination

a.) GlueStick reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or behaviors that are harmful to our creative community.

b.) In the case of termination, the user's license to use GlueStick content will be immediately revoked, and all shared content may be deleted from the platform.

c.) You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, GlueStick will delete your profile and any related data, but may retain non-identifiable information for research or legal compliance purposes. 8. Child Privacy and Data Protection

a.) GlueStick respects user privacy and complies with applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

b.) Primary Users must ensure that profiles for children under 13 comply with GlueStick’s Privacy Policy. Personal information from children under 13 will only be collected and used with parental/guardian consent and for purposes outlined in GlueStick's Privacy Policy.

c.) Account Owners must ensure that their children’s profiles and activities on the platform comply with GlueStick’s policies and protections for minors.

9. Liability and Indemnification

a.) GlueStick is not liable for any damages resulting from user actions, including misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

b.) Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlueStick from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. By using the platform, users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Minnesota courts for any disputes arising under this agreement.

11. Amendments and Modifications to the Terms

GlueStick reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform or by email, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
